Az Egészségügyi Világszervezet (WHO) tárgyalásai, amelyek a jövõbeli járványok elleni globális védekezés kidolgozását célozták, eredmény nélkül zárultak. A tárgyalások célja egy olyan megállapodás kidolgozása volt, amely meghatározná a világjárványokra való reagálás módját.
